5-minute Microwave Chocolate Cake in a Cup

Chocolate Cake in a Cup:
4 Tablespoons of flour
4 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
3 Tablespoons of milk
3 Tablespoons of oil
1 Tablespoon of chocolate chips (or more)
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence
Mix it all together and cook for about 3 minutes depending on the power of your microwave (we do it for 2:45)

I’m VERY PROUD of my students who won the sports challenge this week!
Some of them are excellent at sport…
Some of them are not too good, but did their best not to let down their team!
All together they won and they can be very proud of their collective success. 🙂
