Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast or thigh – cut into small pieces
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tablebspoon soy sauce
1 egg (to help coating stick to chicken)
3 tbsp cornflour
Sauce:
3-4 tbsp ketchup
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chicken stock powder OR 1/2 cube of chicken boullion (dissolve cube in 1 tbsp of hot water before adding to sauce mixture)
For stir-fry:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic – roughly chopped
1/2 medium bell pepper
1/4 medium onion
2-3 green onion – chopped
green chillies – for garnish
