March 21st : International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

The United Nations’ (UN) International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is observed with a series of events and activities all around the world on March 21 each year. The day aims to remind people of racial discrimination’s negative consequences. It also encourages people to remember their obligation and determination to fight racial discrimination.

The “Secret Santa” game is played in December. Each player picks up a name in a hat or ion a box, and keeps the name secret. They must buy a present or do small acts of kindness to this person for the whole Christmas season. At Christmas, the secret is revealed.
