You melt the dark chocolate at low temperature.
You use melted white chocolate to drizzle over the dark chocolate.
In France you can’t buy Angel Food Cake. Use any ordinary cake (cut in small pieces) instead!

In my personal recipe, I use a different type of icing : 200 g of icing sugar, 1 egg-white and one teaspoon of lemon juice (plus food coloring for fun!), mixed well with an electric mixer.
For the cupckaes, my recipe is similar : 2 large eggs, 120 g of butter (soft), 5 cl of milk (4 large spoonfuls), 140 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, 1/2 packet of baking powder, 1 pinch of salt. You can add vanilla extract if you like it!
For The Mint Dressing :
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
salt to taste
For the salad :
1 cup watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
1 cup pineapple cubes
1 cup cooked sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 cup cucumber cubes
1/2 cup lettuce , torn into pieces
salt to taste
For the tangy mint dressing :
1.Combine the watermelon, pineapple, sweet corn kernels and cucumber along with 1 tbsp of water to a coarse paste.
2.Add the honey and salt and mix well. Keep aside.
To make the salad :
1.Put the lettuce leaves in a bowl full of ice-cold water for half an hour. This will make them crisp. Drain the water and keep aside.
2.Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl.
3.Pour the mint dressing and toss well.
Chocolate Cake in a Cup:
4 Tablespoons of flour
4 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
3 Tablespoons of milk
3 Tablespoons of oil
1 Tablespoon of chocolate chips (or more)
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence
Mix it all together and cook for about 3 minutes depending on the power of your microwave (we do it for 2:45)
– rice vinegar or cider vinegar (1/3 cup)
– light brown sugar or white sugar ( 4 tablespoons)
– ketchup (1 tablespoon)
– soy sauce (1 teaspoon)
– 2 teaspoons of cornstarch (= Maizena) mixed with 4 teaspoons of water
