2 cups peanut butter
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to th. 6 (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets (or line baking trays with grease-proof paper).
In a medium bowl, stir peanut butter and sugar together until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Roll dough into 1 inch (= 2.5 cm) balls and place them 2 inches apart (= 5 cm apart) onto the prepared cookie sheets. Press a criss-cross into the top using the back of a fork.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool.

180 g flour
½ teacup baking powder
1 pinch of salt
100 g brown sugar
60 g butter
1 teacup vanilla extract
1 egg
100 g chocolate chips
Directions :
Preheat the oven (th. 5).
In a big bowl, put the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt.
Melt the butter in the micro-wave oven, add to the mixture. Stir well.
Add the egg. If the mixture is too dry, add a few drops of water.
Add the chocolate chips, stir well.
Place spoonfuls of dough on two baking sheets (covered in baking paper).
Put in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, be careful not to overcook.

Ingredients :
250g of butter
200g of dark chocolate
300g of sugar (white or brown)
4 eggs
175g of flour
you can add nuts if you like them
Directions :
Preheat the oven th. 5 (electric oven : 150 °).
In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate together (diced).
Remove from the heat. Add the sugar and the eggs, one by one. Stir well.
Add the flour slowly. Stir well.
Pour in a large rectangular dish (grease the dish and sprinkle with flour first!).
Put in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Leave to cool, refrigerate.
Cut in small squares (about 12 squares for this recipe).
